Baptism is an outward sign of your inward choice to follow Jesus. It shows that your old life has ended and that you have new life in Christ. Jesus was baptized Himself and told His followers to do the same, making baptism an important step in your faith journey.

Anyone who has accepted Jesus as their Savior should be baptized. It’s a way to publicly share your decision to follow Him and commit to living out your faith.

Baptism is meant to be a conscious decision you make after personally choosing to follow Jesus. If you were baptized as a child but didn’t fully understand what it meant, you are encouraged to be baptized again as an adult to openly declare your faith.
